CarPro Systems International signs agreement with LeasePlan India

Oosterhout, Netherlands - CarPro Systems announced today that they have signed an agreement with LeasePlan India to provide them with CarPro’s advanced RentProXL™ and revolutionary ChauffeurPro™ applications.
LeasePlan India will migrate to the new RentProXL™ and ChauffeurPro™ software at the beginning of November 2007.
Narasimhan Srinivasan, VP R&D of CarPro Systems International, said today:

The combination of our RentProXL™ product together with our recently released ChauffeurPro™ module with its advanced technological capabilities will allow LeasePlan India to capitalize on the business advantages offered by the new software.”
LeasePlan India, established in 1999, is the country’s market leader and today manages nearly 12,500 vehicles from seven locations around the country. LeasePlan’s rental business was introduced in mid-2006 and today has a fleet of 150 cars.
LeasePlan, established in the Netherlands in 1963, today consists of a large network of international companies engaged in fleet and vehicle management, mainly through operational leasing, employing over 6000 people in 29 countries and managing more than 1.3 million vehicles.
LeasePlan is owned by a consortium consisting of the Volkswagen Group, the Mubadala Development Company and the Olayan Group.
